Campaigns on Zboží.cz are now Seznam Nákupy, offering two new features

Zboží.cz campaigns in Sklik are now being converted into Shopping campaigns. This better reflects the current scope of the advertising, which has long since expanded far beyond the Zboží.cz price comparison site. However, this should not be confused with the name of the Zboží.cz price comparison site, which remains unchanged for visitors.

With Shopping campaigns, you can reach over 50% of the Czech internet population who actively shop online. Adverts are displayed on popular comparison sites such as Zboží.cz, as well as in search results on Seznam.cz, Obrázky.cz and Sbazar.cz. These websites currently generate the majority of traffic to e-shops. In order to better reflect the actual reach of the advertising, we are renaming it from ‘Zboží.cz’ to ‘Nákupy’.

What is changing, and where?

In the Sklik interface, you will encounter the new label ‘Seznam Nákupy’ (Seznam Shopping) or simply ‘Nákupy’ (Shopping) under campaign filters, in statistical reports and elsewhere.

Rest assured that we will not be renaming any of your campaigns that already feature Zboží.cz in their name. This means that they will not appear under a different name in Google Analytics, for example. Settings that remain in the Zboží.cz interface, such as detailed data diagnostics, shipping settings and customer reviews, can still be found at https://admin.zbozi.cz.

Is there anything I have to do?

You don’t have to do anything. However, if you continue to evaluate former Zboží.cz advertising from Sklik separately, you should consider consolidating your reporting. What will these changes bring?

And what kind of news is it?

In Shopping campaigns, you will now find information about the campaign’s location, as well as the source of the cost-per-click settings. If there is a warning or error relating to the location, a notification will appear next to its name. Click on the notification to view the status of the location’s data.

This makes it easy for specialists to identify data issues or missing settings that are important for a business, without having to switch to the Zboží.cz administration interface.

The second new feature is the ability to receive notifications about important changes or errors relating to purchases directly in Sklik. These notifications appear as messages in the interface.
